Market Research and Customer Satisfaction Interviewer

Direct Opinions, a well-established Beachwood marketing and business research firm, is looking for interviewers to conduct B2B market research and customer satisfaction surveys by telephone. This is a work from home, independent contractor position. This position requires 20 hours per week, primarily during the daytime. You must have a desktop computer, high speed internet, fax machine, USB head set, land line phone and email.

Requirements: College degree preferred, excellent computer skills, communication and listening skills, accuracy, attention to detail, time management and the ability to work independently and continue on task with little supervision. Projects require you remain focused and accountable for targeted goals. Must be comfortable talking to all levels of business personnel.
