In 1983, Direct Opinions began its journey by conducting customer satisfaction surveys for the automotive industry. For many years, the company worked hard to build this client base and provided survey services to auto dealers across the country to help them determine satisfaction levels with their consumer customer base.
In the '90s, the company branched out and began conducting surveys for corporations to gather information on customer satisfaction, and buying habits and preferences of customers and prospective customers.
